Steve Nelson Steve was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia. He owned his first boat at the age of 13. Subsequently, he has spent the past 39 years employed in the marine industry; starting on Salt Spring Island & returning to Victoria in 1981.

Troy Hamilton Born and raised in a marine environment, Troy's passion for boating started at the tender age of 9 when he completed a trip from Victoria, BC to Point Roberts, WA in a 10 foot Livingston dinghy followed closely by his parents on board their Monk 36’. Today Troy, his wife Tamara, and three children spend their weekends cruising the local waters of the Pacific NW.

Rob MacLucas After ten years as associate publisher of the respected marine publication “The Boat Journal” Rob’s desire for further participation in the yacht sales industry sparked a lifestyle change in 1994. He went on to acquire Newport Yacht Sales, a boat brokerage, where he utilized his extensive knowledge of power boats and sail boats to assist prospective buyers and sellers. Now entering his tenth year in used boat sales, Rob’s drive to provide excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service continues to grow.
